Description:
The Guglhupf used to be part of every afternoon Sunday snack with coffee and can still be seen very often at children's parties or family celebrations.
The enamel mould is suitable for use in any oven. The rim of the Guglhupfform is curved - in enamel language this is called a beaded rim. The iron core distributes the heat evenly - for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous smooth surface.
A large selection is provided, because the enamel cake tin is available in many sizes and also in two colours in our RIESS Edition Sarah Wiener. It is also available as a mini baking tin in black or two colours.
The enamel material consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of cooker (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and is also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamelware gives pleasure for a long time and retains its typical shine.
Types of use:
The famous Carinthian Reindling (a yeast cake with nut filling) can also be prepared well in the Guglhupfform.
Tip: Always grease the enamel baking tin well and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs before filling with the dough. This prevents cakes and the like from sticking and makes them easy to remove from the mould.
