The roasting pan is characterised by its particularly high rim of 7 cm. Whether casseroles, roasts or even desserts such as fruit tarts or Buchteln can be easily prepared in it. The food cooks well in the roasting pan and nothing spills over the high rim. It is made from robust enamel. The rim is curved - the enamelled rim - whereby the metal is bent to create a round and stable rim. The roasting tin can be placed in the oven at high heat without any problems. Enamel is made from iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. Thanks to the iron core, the heat in our enamel baking and roasting dishes is conducted quickly and stored perfectly: for sustainable, energy-saving and all-round even roasting or baking. The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is flavour-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamelled cookware will last a long time and retain its typical shine.
