Riess Baking Tray 'Classic', made of black enamel, with a variable adjustable width from 41 to 51 cm and an extra high edge. The width can be easily adjusted with one hand, making it suitable for many ovens, as well as accommodating varying baking surface needs. Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and retained, allowing for sustainable and energy-saving baking. The enamel baking tray can be easily cut with a knife or used with metal kitchen utensils to remove food. It is resistant to fruit acids and easy to clean.
