Proper care for Riedel glasses:
When cleaning the glasses in a dishwasher, please note:
Riedel glasses are dishwasher safe!
To avoid scratches, prevent direct contact with other glass or metal. If available, use a glass rack.
To avoid stains, use soft water.
To remove stains, use white vinegar.

When cleaning the glasses by hand, please note:
Rinse the glass under warm water (use detergent and rinse the glass thoroughly).
Glass polishing: Use two cloths, never hold the glass by the base when polishing the bowl!
Stem breakage: Caused only by improper handling = pressure, twisting, or bending of the stem.
Storage: Never store the glass in kitchen cabinets, as aromas can transfer to the glass.

Dish towels:
Boil them with odorless soap (to kill bacteria).
Never use fabric softener when rinsing your dish towels (to avoid a greasy film on the surface).
