This handcrafted decanter features an elegant and complex design. The Amadeo, Mamba, and Cornetto decanters have been a staple and successful part of the Riedel decanter collections for years. In 2017, Riedel introduced a new edition of these three decanters, complementing the successfully launched Fatto A Mano glass series, characterized by its colorful stems. All three decanters underwent a kind of metamorphosis. They are presented in the Fatto A Mano edition with optical blowing and a black-white-black decorative line that further emphasizes the dynamic design. The art of optical blown glass originates from Venice, the cradle of the highest glass craftsmanship. There are only a few glassblowers left who master this ancient technique. Riedel recommends Amadeo and Cornetto for more mature wines or champagne.
