The innovative cutting board is perfect for slicing fruits, vegetables, fish, and meat. The plastic cutting board features a removable, foldable strainer insert. This allows you to cut ingredients directly over the sink, collect and wash them in the strainer, and rinse vegetable juices at the same time. The durable plastic is robust and neutral in taste. Anti-slip coated areas on the sides of the board further prevent slipping and provide added stability.
