Product details

The core of the chef's knife is made from high-quality, particularly robust SANDVIK 19C27 Swedish steel (HRC 60 +/-1) and is surrounded on each side by 22 layers of Damascus steel. The traditional octagonal handle is sealed through an elaborate process, making it extremely durable.

The stainless Damascus blade is hand-ground by experienced knife sharpeners in a traditional manner to achieve maximum sharpness, effortlessly gliding through the ingredients.

The traditionally applied hand-hammered Tsuchime finish makes each knife a unique piece. Additionally, a knife sheath for safe storage and a high-quality leather pouch are included.

Our GYUTO 210 chef's knife is handcrafted with the utmost precision by master craftsmen in a small specialized workshop in Seki.
