    For price segment and claim disappointing

    A really solid cast iron fondue pot. The pot itself is also of good quality and holds the heat well. But that's it with the positive sides

    The size together with the massive design unfortunately leads to the fact that the     paste burner has no chance to bring the pot back to temperature once the contents have become too cool.
    Grease runs down from the splash rim inside to then run out at the transition between attachment and pot outside.
    That in a pot for 8 forks only 6 are supplied, is quite strange. But that these are of such poor quality that the wood is already rough after a short hand wash, is unacceptable in the price range.
    The solid base is hollow inside and has relatively sharp edges. If you do not have a table made of armored steel, there is a risk of scratching, with wooden tables can also remain impressions.
    And only the included paste burner fits into the foot. Thanks to an extra groove inside, no other burners can be used. Which is bad on the one hand, because the pot would prifit from the heating power of a gas burner. On the other hand, a pity, because the included paste burner is qualitatively the cheapest you can get in this area. I have directly put on the flex, and removed the groove, but that can not be the purpose.

    All in all a bad buy.
