  Annoying mispurchase

  For me, an absolute bad buy. The individual programmes run for far too long. I also don't need a washing machine with many programmes, almost all of which I can't use. With some programmes, I can't set the spin speed as high as I want. There is no separate spin programme, or in one programme the machine doesn't want fabric softener and rinses it down prematurely. If it doesn't need it, I just don't put any in. Some things you have to wash separately, then it's too weak to spin because it's not full. So the machine determines everything and not me. I am borderline annoyed with this machine and would never buy a washing machine on the net again. I have been a housewife for 45 years and have never had such an annoying machine. In future, only specialist retailers again! The information about the product here is too poor for me. more

  Very good, but to be seen in the long term.

  Very good... but a breakdown after only 3 washes, which required the intervention of the technician (within three days). Under this reserve, the washing is perfect. So to be seen in the long run.

  I am dissatisfied overall

  The washing machine does the washing, which is its job. Unfortunately, it is not always very clean. Even with the additional programme under 'Blood' stains, it doesn't give good results. It's so economical that I often have the impression that too little water doesn't produce a good suds solution. For certain items of laundry, such as T-shirts, you should reduce the speed at which it spins a little, otherwise you get quite a lot of creases. more
