Specifically: The weather station is in my office on a sideboard, near the wall of the room, and shows 22.8 °C. The outdoor sensor next to it shows 22.2 °C. The outdoor sensor placed next to it shows 22.2 °C. And a Beurer thermometer 50 cm above it on the wall shows 22.0 °C. The outdoor sensor and the separate Beurer thermometer are thus negligibly close to each other. In this price range, you have to live with such tolerances (0.5 - 1 °C. difference).

Hey Avigerust, You need 2x AA batteries for the indoor station and 2x AAA for the outdoor station. There is only one outdoor station included, so one outdoor sensor if that answers your question. Here again is the user manual for this product: http://www.irox.com/downloads/Bedienungsanleitungen/TPW389ManualD_F_E_I.pdf If my answer helped you, I would be very happy if you would accept it with a little click :)
