The difference lies in the way the cheese is attached. For the ambiance, the half-piece is fixed to a threaded rod. For the Pop, there is an arm attached to the foot of the heating cord.
I no longer have the appliance. But it could be a cable with a C15 heater plug and not C13. Looks similar but with a notch. E.g. Galaxus item 17340943
