The dimensions are approx. 18×18×18cm. By the way, it's the best compost bin I've ever had. It is very stable, much more stable than those green ones....
If you take the filter out :-) then I think so.

Yes, the filter must be changed every 3 - 6 months, otherwise it will no longer absorb the odour.
