Where are replacement wooden handles for the wok available?

After consultation with our supplier / manufacturer, there are unfortunately no replacement handles for this wok.

I just bought this wok. Does anyone know if this can go inside an oven? If so, what max temperature can it take? and is the cover of the wok also oven-proof in that case?

Unfortunately the wok is not compatible for ovens in fact of the wooden handles.

Is the base of the wok completely round or flat? meaning the cooking surface for food is round like traditional wok or it's flat?

The diameter of the base is 13.8cm. The wok is supplied with a drip tray, two wooden chopsticks/spatulas and a mixer.
