There is no trick. Simply pull back firmly and turn very carefully.
No special technical maintenance required. Empty the dust tray as soon as it is full, clean the filter regularly (it is easy to remove), etc.

The hoover can be charged without the charging station being attached to the wall. You can simply place the appliance in the charging station, which does not necessarily have to be mounted on the wall, to charge it.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer replacement filters for this hoover in our range. I would recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly, they will certainly be able to help you.

There are two filters: the first (big holes) and the send (fine, for dust).
There are two spaces to empty: before the first filter and between the two filters.
To remove before the first filter: take out the whole grey block (just pull it out).
To remove between the two filters: unscrew and remove (and clean) the second filter. There are arrows that show how to turn to lock and unlock the fine filter.
