Severin DK1031
Unfortunately, I can't answer that because I don't have such a big pan. However, the plate alone is quite large and my larger OVALE roaster fits well on it. I think the Severin DK1031 is TOP. Actually, it was only supposed to be a temporary solution. But now I've been using it daily for more than two years and it still works like a charm. The purchase was definitely worth it for me.
The manufacturer recommends not using pots or pans with a diameter of less than 18 cm. :)
It seems that it is possible to set the device's timer to the minute. In the manufacturer's documentation we found the following : "Once the 'timer' function is selected... use the + and - selection buttons to determine the cooking time. Each time the + button is pressed, the cooking time increases by 5 minutes, while if the - button is pressed, the cooking time decreases by 1 minute each time. The maximum cooking time is 180 minutes...'.
yes, it works well! however, it is generally difficult to regulate the cooker. for emergencies it is o.k.

According to the information in our system, the plug is indeed European. However, the product comes with a mini adapter, which you simply clip onto the European size plug and you're done. This is what the adapter looks like: Max Hauri Fixed Adapter (Schuko Socket, Type E+F (CEE 7/7))
