Agree - the Instruction at: https://www.rommelsbacher.de/media/da_900.pdf (English and German) call these parts 12 Dörrgitter (Kunststoff) DA 900: 1x | DA 1000: 2x Drying grid (plastic grid) DA 900: 1x | DA 1000: 2x 13 Dörrunterlage (Kunststoff) DA 900: 1x | DA 1000: 2x Drying plate (plastic insert) DA 900: 1x | DA 1000: 2x The are specifically mention for Herbs and things like mushroom pieces that might fall through the wire mesh. but as said in the other post the plastic grids need to go over the wire rack. We love the machine - and use it on tomatoes, apples and pears regularly and sometimes with thyme and basil

This is a frequent topic, and there have already been a few comments on the product. It's just a problem as Switzerland is an importing country! Surely it would be a good service to add an adapter or mount it right away. It's also a question of the cost of the adapter, just like opening the package and putting it in or mounting it! I think an even bigger "problem" are the products that are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer, that would be a matter of negotiation, but import or resale is too small for that! If this were a larger order quantity, a plug would be fitted during packaging! An extra "Swiss" order, so to speak, but that's not worth it. So if the package is sent directly from the manufacturer (I meant that was the case with my product), the package would first have to be sent to Galaxus, where it would be recorded, opened, assembled, closed and sent again. This wonderful dryer currently costs 186.-, I paid 199.- a few weeks ago. For the difference I recommend: Max Hauri Fixadapter (Type E+F (CEE 7/7)) buy 3 or 4, you can always use them! These are the best for a fix installation! You won't have any problems with a Tripplex socket if the adapter is too thick and prevents other cables from being plugged in! You would have to declare the adapter more precisely and describe it uniformly for all with or without adapter or send it on by post or something.
