Who mistyped the price?

Prices are really getting out of hand on Galaxus, so you really should be careful about that or you risk losing a lot of customers. And Virginia, you're supposed to be up to date with your products and not talk such nonsense, because no, this product is far from being at the end of its life, given that it's only just been launched on the market.

1 April is over, isn't it? This price is just ridiculous! I'm going to buy somewhere else!

Is this a joke? 1 April Fool's Day? 1643.- instead of 2579.- was this still blessed by the late Pope? I wonder how they came up with that price, it's not sold at that price anywhere in the world!

Already criticised the Galaxus CMS several times. It makes no sense at all to combine products from a series and their review. 10R has been out for a day and all the feedback only relates to Saros 10.

Compared to other Roborock products, such as the Saros 10, there is unfortunately hardly any information or pictures available. If you compare several Roborock products, it is noticeable that the Saros 10R only says "unknown" for almost all comparison points! That doesn't seem very trustworthy. In addition, the product is labelled here as a "vacuum robot", although according to the manufacturer it is a vacuum and mopping robot, which is also very misleading. Information on the scope of delivery is also completely missing. For example, is a Swiss plug supplied or only an EU plug? And is the product shipped directly from Digitec or from a third-party supplier? I expect much more transparency for a device in this price range. When can we expect a full product description and detailed information?

After a long wait, the product has finally made it into the range, thank you for that :-) However, you have really outdone yourselves with the pricing. The item is currently on sale for €1,099 including German VAT. That corresponds to an adjusted retail price of around CHF 931. With a fair sales price, I am sure that the sales volume will increase significantly, which will have a positive effect on the cost structure.

Again, CHF 2529? This is literally more than double the price tag of EUR 1299.99 on the official Roborock website (who sadly for whatever reason do not ship to Switzerland directly). If protection of the average consumer is supposed to be a thing, it should be illegal to abuse the pricing/import system as such.

The price should be around 1,400 - I don't understand why 2,500?

Is it supplied with a German plug?
