Hello everyone, my station no longer sends me the solar radiation or UV index. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Best regards.

Please check briefly: - Is the sensor clean (no dirt, no bird droppings on the UV dome)? - Are the batteries in the outdoor sensor fresh and correctly inserted? - Has the sensor possibly re-coupled itself (restart the console, then reset the sensor)? - Does the console generally still display outdoor data (temperature/wind/rain)? If only UV/solar are missing, the sensor may be defective internally. Otherwise please report here: https://www.digitec.ch/help

Send it back and ask for a refund, mine shows 98% external humidity when there is barely 42%, the wind speed shows me anything and the little remote sensor has worked for 10 days, apart from the time nothing is right. Don't buy any more crap like that! Good luck

Dear Community I am unable to calibrate the relative air pressure on the Radioddity WF-100C. If I proceed according to the user manual, I can only switch between REL and ABS for the air pressure; unfortunately, the air pressure value itself cannot be set. What am I doing wrong? Many thanks for any good tips, Martin S.
