hello, I have just purchased this philips STH7040 product and after I turn it on and start the steam, I hear a noise like a rapid tapping ... I would like to know if anyone who has already tried it has experienced the same thing or that it could be a malfunction of the product? Thank you.

Hello, I don't know if my answer will satisfy you, but when I switch on the steamer, the blue light stops flashing and I can operate it, for the first few seconds there is a noticeable noise as if the water was making bubbles. This noise disappears very quickly. Best regards.
