You certainly can. The already strong allergens from celery then work even faster.
I have used it for frozen fruits. Ice I have not used.
As long as you add some liquid to the frozen fruits, it is quite easy. I do pulses instead of continuous blending. 1 second blend, 1 second pause, 1 second blend, 1 second pause, etc... until you get the satisfied consistency.
Sorbet, Slurpee and Lassi are favourites.

No, no additional adapter is supplied. However, you can use a normal travel adapter.

Well, it's not meant for that. I wouldn't have thought of it myself. It could just be that it doesn't suit the seals so well.
