Hi Raphi I also felt this one a bit more than 700ml I estimate the container at 1l. So far it has worked with 75 g oat flakes with berries, water, banana and protein powder. I don't know if it still works with 100 or 150 g oat flakes, but I have to test it.

strong enough in any case - only hummus definitely contains too little liquid. this is not a commercial blender, but very much designed for smoothies and blends with a lot of liquid, so that everything is nicely mixed. for that it is really wonderful.
