Plug installed on the machine or not? The question was also raised and it was referred to the help centre. I tried this, but unfortunately they could not answer the question and referred me to Miele support. The machine has been ordered and is being delivered by a Digitec service partner. Question for those who have already ordered and had this machine installed: is there a power plug on the machine or not? In any case, the Digitec service partner says that they will not fit a plug. You see, I need help...

I have the machine, there is NO plug pre-mounted! I had a plug fitted by the electrician.

Why does Galaxus promise delivery within 3 working days when the Galaxus service partner is told to deliver the item within 7-16 working days ?

Because Galaxus first has to deliver the item to the service partner before they can deliver the item to you. The service partner also needs time for planning and delivery. You will probably get the item quicker if you just have it delivered to you without having to take back your old unit or have the new one installed.

If you buy a washing machine from Digitec/Galaxus, can you also have it installed in the same order and take the old one with you/dispose of it?

Yes, see the "Services" section in the product. If you have the item in your shopping cart and are logged in, you can select the providers that are active in your region by clicking on "Configuration" and add the service to the shopping cart. Important: Make sure that the electricity and water connections are already available at the installation site and that the machine fits through your entrance door and corridors.
