Unfortunately, I wouldn't know how to answer this question, as I always use the muffin bags for this tin.
The paper moulds from Toppits, Migros etc. fit in perfectly.
Around 8cm, don’t have it with me since I’m on holiday but I did measure while making cinnamon rolls some time back.
How can a mould be stab-proof? The mould does what it is supposed to do. The moulds come off easily.
