When I bought this machine last year, all of the accessories in the picture came with the package.

There is a flap on the top that you can open - where you can also empty the water. Inside is the Round Brush.

Cleaning agent should not be poured in. I assume that the appliance will break if anything is poured in. However, cleaning agent is not necessary - it dissolves all dirt.

I think the only difference is the plug. The EU version is supplied with an adapter (Schuko).

Yes, that was the only difference. But you have to ask for the adapter when you pick it up, otherwise you'll have to do it twice.

The steam cleaner will not help you remove the hair, the classic hoover is still the best solution, in my opinion.

I would try to reduce the amount of water/steam. It sounds like too much water is being used.

I bought the EU version, so I don't know what the difference is. But, with the EU version, I changed the 220V power plug to the Swiss standard. There is an adapter included, but it didn't fit me. Otherwise, it's a perfect device.
