2 cm is the widest setting, 1.8cm is perfect :)
No accessories
The gear wheel is riveted directly onto the knife and therefore cannot be replaced. Buy a replacement blade.
0-20 mm according to Graef homepage.

Yes, that's no problem. However, not too fast.
Only the following knife is suitable according to the manufacturer: Graef serrated knife Evo/SKS
The CH plug/adapter is included and if not you can contact customer service and they will send you one for free:)
