If you pull the cable out of the socket when the appliance is working, and plug it back in again a few minutes later, will the appliance restart until you unplug it again without having to press any buttons?

Hi, my dehumidifier was operating and out of a sound it made a weird noise and power indicator started to flash. The dehumidifier did not stop but continued working. What does this flashing power indicator means ?

Does the unit have/need a hepa filter?

The new unit is in use in a car box trailer with 12 m². After 9 hours of continuous operation, only dropped from 70% to 58%. Water tank: just under 1 litre. Either the TechSpecs with 12l/24h are not correct or the unit was delivered broken. Which is correct?
