I bought this device a few years ago and am very happy with it. I have two dogs that have free access to the house. I use it to clean the sofa, mattress, car seats (I also have heated seats) and much more. I am very happy with it. However, for best results you have to use the cleaning agent from bissel and not get the items too wet otherwise they will take too long to dry.
