The Cross Wave HF2 Select is a newer, lighter version, with a 0.72-litre clean water tank and a 0.54-litre dirty water tank, while the standard Cross Wave (ref. 17132) has a 0.82-litre clean water tank and a 0.62-litre dirty water tank. The HF2 Select is also lighter and features an improved self-cleaning system.

The differences lie only in the housing colours and the scope of delivery of the brushes and cleaning agents. However, I would only buy the new "CrossWave® Edge™" models. Here, the brush drive has been redesigned so that the brush cleans right up to the edge. Unfortunately, only the new models with a rechargeable battery are currently available at Galaxus. However, I would always go for the corded versions. These wet vacuum cleaners require a lot of energy, which a rechargeable battery can only supply for a very short time. The corded models are also significantly cheaper.

The Pet Pro version includes the BISSELL pet odour elimination formula. The complete differences: Bissell Cross Wave 560W: https://www.bissell.eu/products/crosswave.html Bissell Cross Wave Pet Pro 560W: https://www.bissell.eu/products/crosswave-pet-pro.html The wireless version is 250W (https://www.bissell.eu/products/crosswave-cordless.html), but here it's not really a question of which version is better, but rather whether you want a wired or wireless version. The 250W does not need a cable to work, while the 560W does.

You can remove the brush very easily and then also clean the water supply and drainage channels very easily. I had the Kärcher hard floor cleaner before and it's really bad there. You can of course add any agent, but of course Bissel says that only theirs is "right" in terms of cleaning performance and possible clogging of the channels. I usually only use hot water. Sometimes I also use another, non-foaming agent. As a tip, you can get replacement materials such as brushes etc. on AliExpress for no money at all 😀

Yes, I think it is as you write. My flat is about 130m2 and I use 3 different sockets for cleaning. The switch for clean water is not so big (it is bigger than for dirty water) but I never use it completely. When cleaning a flat with parquet floors, you don't need a lot of water. For this purpose, the water tap for dirty water is big enough. It is also enough for carpets. I clean each one separately because I want to clean the breasts after each carpet. The disadvantages on my side are that it is quite heavy and very noisy. But I use it once a week and not longer than 15 minutes.

Hello Celina Deubelbeiss we have animals and own the Bissell Crosswave and are very satisfied. Here is the difference: Differences between our BISSELL Crosswave and the Crosswave Pet Pro. The BISSELL Crosswave Pet Pro is the latest version. It has slightly narrower edges at the base, which allows corners and edges to be cleaned 30% more effectively. There is an additional sieve in the dirt container of the tank to catch pet hair. In addition, a new cleaning agent(Fabrize fragrance)which suits those who like it, specially developed for homes with animals, is included in the accessories. I think the extra price for the Pet Pro is not justified.

The brush, water tank feed and water tank collection container are removable and washable. We simply run warm water through it at the end to rinse it out. Suitable for all floors that can be cleaned with water, absorbs the water immediately, so there is not much residual moisture, compared to the classic mop.

Hello, In Austria, the floor nozzle window costs around 22 euros. Plus postage to Switzerland 10.87. You won't get over 60 CHF and so it's duty-free. LG

Good morning, I don't know exactly either. We have a dog and the product has more than fulfilled our expectations. I can only recommend it. Another user writes about it: Cleans 30% better to the edge, tank sieve to remove pet hair before emptying the dirty water tank, cleaning agent with Fébrèze scent.
