Country of origin: France. Never use on a gas flame, an electric hob, a ceramic hob or a grill. Never pour cold liquid into a hot mould, immerse a hot mould in water or place a hot mould on a cold or damp surface. Do not use a battered mould. Always use oven mitts or oven gloves to handle the hot mould. Care: Do not use a pot scraper for cleaning, but a nylon brush with a gentle cleaning agent.
