The advantage of this snap fastener is that no hole needs to be punched for attachment – instead, the integrated prong ring simply displaces the fabric, preserving it. Washing, spinning, cleaning, ironing, and mangling are no problem for the rust-free "Jersey" snap fasteners from Prym. The fasteners are available in various colors and designs. The 18 mm size fasteners can only be processed with the included tool, while the 10 mm and 12 mm size fasteners can also be used with the VARIO pliers or the Prym three-prong tool.
