The advantage of this snap fastener is that no hole needs to be punched for attachment - instead, the integrated serrated ring simply displaces the fabric, protecting it. Washing, spinning, cleaning, ironing, and pressing: the rust-free "Jersey" snap fasteners from Prym have no issues with these processes. The fasteners are available in various colors and designs. The 18 mm size snaps can only be processed with the included tool, while the 10 mm and 12 mm size fasteners can also be used with the Vario pliers or the Prym tripod.
