The range of darning needles made from hardened steel includes short needles for mending wool clothing and socks, as well as long needles for finer darning work. The needles have the typical tapered shape of a sewing needle but are significantly larger in size and feature a proportionally larger eye. This allows for threading sturdy yarns and wool. The surface of the darning needles is burr-free and coated to be rust-resistant, ensuring that the needle can easily pass through the material. Both long and short darning needles are available in two assorted sets of 6 or 10 high-quality needles. The short needles are also available with a silver eye in a pack of 25 pieces.
