The Sarah Wiener knife series from Manufaktur Pott is forged by hand for all those who cook by hand. This applies to cabbage strudels as well as chef's knives. Sarah Wiener, who values natural ingredients and good workmanship, collaborated with Pott to create better knives. Pott is known for good design and traditional manufacturing. Each Sarah Wiener knife at Pott is made in 90 manual steps using the best materials (steel from Solingen, wood that is FSC-certified) and is always developed in close cooperation with the chef, tested immediately in her kitchen.

The hand-ground blade is made of molybdenum-vanadium steel, hand-forged in Solingen, ice-hardened, honed by hand, and extremely sharp. It is also designed for easy sharpening at home. The wide forged bolster, which includes finger protection, is a hallmark of quality knives and ensures good balance.
