The air purifier impresses with its impressive performance and compact size thanks to the innovative double fan design. With a filter performance of 600 m³/h (CADR), it cleans rooms up to 156 m³ and can clean a 20 m² room in less than 5 minutes. The 4-layer HEPA filter system with pre-filter, NanoProtect HEPA and double activated carbon layer captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.003 micrometres - smaller than the smallest known virus.

SilentWings technology reduces the noise level by 35 % so that the air purifier remains whisper-quiet at just 15 dB(A) even at maximum power. It removes 99.99 % of allergens from dust, pollen, pets and mould, making it ideal for allergy sufferers (ECARF-certified). It also reduces 99.9 % of airborne viruses, including H1N1, Staphylococcus bacteria and SARS-CoV-2.

The activated carbon layer filters over 96% of gaseous pollutants such as NO₂, toluene and VOCs without releasing ions, chemicals or ozone. With an energy consumption of just 54 W, the air purifier is particularly energy-efficient.

The AeraSense technology monitors the air quality 1,000 times per second and automatically adjusts the cleaning performance. The device can be controlled from anywhere via the Philips Air+ app, including AI-based Auto+ mode to optimise energy consumption and noise levels.

The Fresh Bedtime mode with gentle night light ensures a restful sleep, while Fresh Wake-up cleans the air before you wake up. The long-life filter lasts up to 1 year and the accessory pack (FY4200) includes both filters. Sustainably designed, the device is made from over 30% recycled plastic and fulfils stringent durability tests for continuous operation.
