Peugeot White Pepper Sarawak, 75 g

The white pepper from Sarawak is grown on the island of Borneo. With notes of plants and wood, it pairs well with white meat, fish, and salads. The white pepper is cultivated in the northern part of Borneo in the state of Sarawak, an area largely covered by equatorial rainforest and part of East Malaysia.

The white pepper is made from peppercorns that are harvested when fully ripe (red color). After harvesting, the peppercorns are submerged for several hours to remove the flesh, leaving the seeds (beige seeds) which can then be dried.

This pepper offers herbal notes, with woody notes dominating. It is perfect for white meat, fish, and salads.
