Petromax Pan

The resistant material of the wrought-iron Petromax pan can be brought to maximum temperatures. Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity, the heat of the pan is transferred directly to the food to be fried and provides an inimitable frying result for meat, fish and vegetables. The unique surface structure of the pan forms a sealing protective layer from the very first use. This patina, which is characteristic of wrought-iron pans, continues to develop with each use.
