The 20 cm long serrated blade with a Rockwell hardness of 56 to 58 stands for quality, sharpness and durability. The knife glides effortlessly through bread and is also suitable for soft fruit, vegetables, roasts and poultry without crushing them. The ergonomically shaped wooden handle with integrated finger guard enables comfortable, safe and efficient cutting.
