The mould is made of high quality 0.60 mm thick ECCS steel. Coated with a scratch-resistant, non-stick 6-8 µm Whitford Scandia coating that guarantees years of durability. Prepared in the shape of cupcakes, they bake evenly and thanks to the non-stick coating they are easy to remove from the mould. The mould has a removable base, thanks to which the pastry prepared in it can be taken out immediately after preparation without fear of damage. Baked goods can be served directly on the underside of the mould. The mould can be used up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.
