The Patisse 43016 baking molds for Cannelés are made from high-quality copper, ensuring quick heating and even heat distribution for a crispy result. The package includes six molds, each with a diameter of 3.5 cm. Before the first use, the molds should be oiled and then baked in the oven for one hour to ensure that the Cannelés do not stick during baking and can be easily removed from the mold.
