Round, non-stick cake and pastry mold with a solid base for preparing pastries or other sweet or savory recipes such as tiramisu, cheesecake, chocolate cake, strawberries, bavarois, rainbow cake, and pavlova. Made from coated steel with a thickness of 0.6 mm and a non-stick Skandia coating by Whitford for even and optimal cooking. It allows for easy release from the mold when coated with butter or oil and has very good resistance to scratches and stains. Heat resistant up to 230 °C in the oven, it is easy to clean by hand with dish soap. Avoid using sharp objects. Made in Europe.
