Practical and sturdy disposable cutting mat made from fresh fiber cardboard.

  • Dimensions: 38 x 28 cm
  • Color: white
  • Double-sided PP-coated - one side smooth, the other matte. Depending on the surface you are working on, you get a non-slip mat. For extremely smooth surfaces, lightly moistening the underside helps.
  • Ideal for gastronomy, grilling and cooking schools, catering companies, market stalls, food trucks, camping, as well as for home kitchens.
  • Very stable.
  • Can withstand several hours of processing.
  • If the top layer is cut through, the paper absorbs any escaping liquids.
