Product details

You just need to turn the dial to set one of three slicing thicknesses and let the vegetables glide over the stainless steel blade. This saves you a lot of valuable time when preparing salads, Tarte Tatin, potato gratin, or Dauphinoise. The slicer, with its comfortable non-slip handle and foot, can be placed over a bowl or stood upright on the cutting board. When not in use, the holder for the vegetable or fruit piece can be attached to secure the blade.
