Since 1990, the American company OXO has been successfully developing and manufacturing kitchen and household tools that embody a whole new generation of practical and aesthetically pleasing helpers. Every hand is different, OXO is universal. OXO was founded in 1990 based on the philosophy of universal design. What does that mean? The tools must be designed so that they can be used safely and comfortably by as many people as possible: young and old, small and large, with and without physical disabilities, etc. This commitment leads OXO to first analyze the challenges and shortcomings of existing products: the criteria are safety, comfort, and performance. This results in genuine improvements. Each year, OXO launches over 50 new products, with development often taking more than two years. The success of OXO proves that this effort is worthwhile.
