Product details

This Opinel Intempora II filleting knife features a blade made of 12C27M alloyed steel and a handle made of beech wood. The blade is flat ground and extends all the way to the end of the handle. To ensure better grip, the handle is reinforced with fiberglass P.O.M. (Polyoxymethylene). The knife is stainless, measures 31.5 x 2.5 x 2 cm, and weighs 200 grams.
