Opinel Table Knife Set Facette 4-Piece Dark Ash

The "Dark Ash Facette" knife set includes four table knives with smooth, stainless steel blades. The handle, made of dark stabilized ash wood, fits comfortably in the hand. The knives are particularly sharp and can be sharpened again. The blades measure 11 cm in length and have a hardness of 55-57 HRC. They are sourced from Europe and are corrosion-resistant as well as mechanically robust. The blade is very sharp and resistant to wear, making it durable even with frequent contact with hard materials like ceramics. Thanks to the use of stainless steel, maintenance of the knife is minimal; however, it is recommended to wash the knife by hand to maximize its lifespan.
