In this exquisite knife set, you will find four table knives with ash wood handles and smooth blades made of stainless steel. The blades are easily resharpenable, 11 cm long, and have a hardness of 55-57 HRC. The stainless steel used in Opinel blades, sourced from Europe, is known for its impressive corrosion resistance and mechanical performance. These knives feature excellent sharpness and high abrasion resistance, making them ideal for contact with hard materials such as ceramics. Under normal conditions, stainless steel requires little maintenance, but prolonged contact with aggressive substances may challenge its durability. The ash wood handles come from the forests of the Jura region and are hard, light beige to white, with a subtle, light grain and regular lines.
