For breakfast, perhaps the most important meal of the day, Opinel now offers a helpful tool. The breakfast knife has a strikingly wide, stainless steel blade that makes it easier to spread jam or honey, for example. In addition, around three quarters of the blade length is micro-serrated for easy slicing of bread rolls or baguettes. Natural beech wood was used as the handle material. To protect the handles, the knife should not be cleaned in the dishwasher.
