The Junto series by Simon Legald is inspired by traditional Spanish ceramics. The design is both strict and gentle, conveying a hearty, handcrafted feel through the rustic, burnt terracotta. The Junto carafe and cups are complemented by oil and vinegar bottles, salt and pepper shakers, as well as a wide selection of bowls and plates. With 14 pieces, Junto is well-equipped for many enjoyable dinners. Mini versions of the signature carafe bring oil and vinegar to the table, while the salt and pepper shakers add the finishing touch of seasoning, all in the same organic shape that runs throughout the series. In addition to large serving bowls for salads and small bowls for tapas, snacks, and desserts, this versatile set offers numerous possibilities. All pieces share a delicate interplay between matte and glazed, ribbed and smooth surfaces. Use Junto as a cohesive set or combine it with your existing porcelain.
