Description
For our knives, we use ultra-sharp steel made from 67 layers of Damascus steel with a hard core of VG10 steel. This makes the knife extremely sharp and durable in use, giving the steel a beautiful and organic pattern. The handle of our bread knife is made from the beautiful and durable material Pakka wood, a composition of thin hardwood layers combined with epoxy resin, which provides the knives with fantastic grips that are both very attractive and excellent to handle.
