Temperature: 250°C. Suitable for electronic ovens and ovens with convection function. Suitable for electric and gas hobs, but not for induction hobs. Wash by hand. Note: Over time, color loss may occur due to heat exposure. This is normal for stainless steel and has no effect on safety or function.
